Our Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Le Vieux Portail. Below are our terms and conditions that apply to all reservations and stays.

Accommodation facilities
  • All rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and a kitchenette (suitable for simple meals).
  • No BBQ or electric grills allowed.
  • Rooms are equipped with a double bed of 180 cm x 200 cm.
  • The swimming pool (7 m x 3 m, not heated) is available to all guests.
  • Bed and bath linens, including towels for use by the pool, are included.
  • Final cleaning and tourist tax are included.
House Rules
  • Check-in is possible from 16:00 and check-out is mandatory before 10:30.
  • Pets are not allowed. Although we are animal lovers, we can no longer accept animals.
  • Guests are not allowed to invite additional persons during their stay to ensure peace and quiet for everyone.
  • A third person is not allowed to stay in the room, and placing additional beds in the room is not possible.
  • Children are welcome from the age of 14.
Payments
  • When making a reservation, the full amount of the stay must be paid, we no longer work with advance payments.
  • Payments via Bancontact are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
  • Reservations at Le Vieux Portail are not covered by cancellation insurance.
  • In case of cancellation, the paid balance will not be refunded unless the accommodation can be re-rented.
General rules

  • Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
  • Use of the pool is at your own risk.
  • Damage to Le Vieux Portail property must be reported immediately and may be charged.
